About

I work in the Wilton Test Kitchen, a job that I might consider doing for free if I ever win the lottery. At work I develop recipes for cakes, cookies, and other sweet treats, and occasionally get to make something more on the savory side. I also test bakeware, cake decorating tools, and all kinds of kitchen gadgets for functionality. Once in a while I get to make recipes on the PBS television show Bake Decorate Celebrate! How cool is that?

Thanks Kelli! It is pretty awesome, and I feel super fortunate to be able to do something that I love every day. I eat like a cow at work, but it’s all part of the job!

You are unique. Your hobby helps to eradicate hunger ( I get my stomach full just by imagining those recipes). I think many will order your recipes if these are sold in digital form at SFI. Here you may join for free and try it for a while: http://www.sfippa.com/15143335/FREE

Should you not like the atmosphere, you can always opt out with no strings attached. Have a nice week!
